Stillness Sits are lightly guided meditations, energetic transmissions, and deep nervous system nourishment with Koa Kalish. They are profound attunements to the power of presence, the potency of the field, and to the Health that is never lost. Around 45 minutes are for meditation, with about 15 minutes for open floor reflections, connections and sharing. Offered once monthly over Zoom.
