Yearlong Immersion 2024-2025

As a Mentor / Lead Assistant to the Yearlong Immersion, you are agreeing to step into a high level of professionalism, conduct and care. Please review the list of roles, responsibilities and benefits, and fill out the application. We are so grateful for your participation!

Mentor Roles & Responsibilities:

4 zoom 1:1 supervision/check-in calls with each of your mentees
- Schedule and conduct the calls between each immersion
- Write up notes after each call and share in Google drive
- Debrief with Koa if needing more follow-up/support
4 group supervision calls
- Attend all calls
- Sign-in 15 minutes early, hold space during, and debrief 15 minutes after
4 in-person immersions
- Assist with set up, break down, errands for preparation and closing
- Hold space in the field
- Team meetings/debreifings every morning, lunch and after the day
- Rotate in and out of hands-on practice sessions
Occasional / additional Team meetings via zoom or phone as needed

Do you have the capacity to take on up to 12 students as mentees, schedule and offer 4 paid zoom sessions to them in between in-person immersions, sending in report notes after each session? As well as to be present to four group supervision calls?

Can you commit to being available in person for four four-day sessions (in November 2024, February, May & August 2025)? Are there any restrictions with your schedule during these times?
