Location
Nestled in the lush rainforest of Costa Rica, we will be held in Brave Earth. A living laboratory for regeneration, they are devoted to be stewards in service to Life and have built a unique space that is in harmony with the powerful nature around them.
About the Course
We are honored to invite you to six days of deep nourishment and restoration in the beautiful lush jungles of Costa Rica. Our days will include somatic movement, craniosacral biodynamics training, delicious meals, nature excursions and hot spring immersions. Together, we will cultivate a safe space to unravel, unwind, and explore the art of attunement and embodied presence.
The Flow
Every morning we will gather for different somatic practices, allowing our bodies to become more porous, more available, more present. We will move and allow our energies to awaken and restore vibrancy. This will be followed by two sessions of craniosacral training throughout the day. Evenings will be spent either relaxing, in simple rituals, or soaking in the hot springs.
The Intention
Our intention is to invite your inner medicine to be revealed. As the world gets more and more chaotic it is easy to lose contact with our own wisdom. Through the healing practices we will cultivate together, through emptying and slowing down, you will be able to listen to that medicine that you withhold and that is so needed in these transformational times.
This immersion is open to all.
Accommodations
Each accommodation is unique and deeply thought through, built with natural materials that are not harming the earth. There are different options that can suit any need. Single and double occupancies available.
Food & Nourishment
Food is as fresh as you can imagine and cooked from the beautiful chefs of Brave Earth. It is always a feast for the eyes and for the belly!
