This Spring we return to the Berkshires!

The Breath of Life Course is an introductory course that invites you to explore the subtle currents of existence, cultivating a connection with inner self and outer world for healing.

Through dynamic stillness and embodied felt sense, we learn to listen to the forces of natural healing and develop fluency in the language of the body.

Kripalu is a rare and precious container for study, nestled in the Berkshire hills of Western Massachusetts, on land that naturally supports slowing down, listening, and integration.

There is an ease there: delicious organic meals, quiet walking paths, daily yoga classes, and a long lineage of contemplative learning. Studying at Kripalu feels both deeply supportive and profoundly simple, making space for clarity, embodiment, and genuine rest alongside rigorous inquiry.

Support The Body and Spirit’s Innate Wisdom

Rooted in craniosacral biodynamics, we work with primary respiration and the breath of life, sensing rhythms, still-points, fulcrums, tides, and more. Through our hands we feel the movement and flow of bones, membranes, cerebrospinal fluid, and bioenergetics, offering the body an opportunity for gentle and deep releasing of constriction, tension, and trauma.

In this training, you will:

  • Build essential skills for grounding and centering in yourself.

  • Create safety and trust with others.

  • Increase potency in your touch and sensitivity in your awareness.

This work brings us home to the place of our intuition, insight, and inherent health, in support of the body and spirit’s innate wisdom.

NOTE: 28 CEUs offered through this course. This course fulfills the prerequisite for the Yearlong Immersion.
