PURPOSE & INTENT

The purpose of this Yearlong Immersion is to provide dedicated students a place to deepen their listening skills within the safety of a committed cohort, providing a rich and inspiring learning environment with support and accountability throughout the threshold of one calendar year.

With an emphasis on embodied listening and personal growth, the amount of transformation can be remarkable both in the student’s personal lives as well as in the cultivation of their essential professional healing skills. This model of mentor / apprentice and oral tradition is intended to honor the lineage of this unique healing modality, as well as to uphold the ethics and integrity of it. Each student will be individually assigned to a mentor (instructor or lead assistant) and supported throughout the year with four 1:1 calls.

While following the Biodynamic Principles it is important to reiterate how fluid and open our training sessions can be in actuality, and that outlining the curriculum’s learning objectives is not limiting to what can and may unfold during each immersion. They can simply be perceived as the base work or the foundation from which each unique immersion will spring forth what is asked to be explored during that time. Reading material will be assigned between each session to further support lectures and learning objectives.

CERTIFICATION

Upon completion of the Yearlong Immersion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for 112 hours from the School of Biodynamic Healing Arts. Please note that this is not equivalent to a Practitioner Certification, as most craniosacral schools require a minimum of 400 hours of training, with some programs extending to 700 hours.

This Certificate of Completion reflects a deepening of your personal learning and growth. It demonstrates your capacity, embodiment, and fluency in the teachings. The training will enhance your perceptual skills within the relational field and will undoubtedly influence and inform all aspects of your work.

Graduates who fulfill all requirements of the Yearlong Immersion may be invited into further study through our Practitioner Program — a second Yearlong Immersion that includes additional modules offered quarterly, along with increased mentorship and supervision. Completion of this second year provides the opportunity to receive a Practitioner Certification from the School of Biodynamic Healing Arts.

This certificate for the Yearlong Immersion does not authorize clinical practice and is not equivalent to a practitioner certification.
