Assisting

Assistants are key components to the wisdom, grace, and learning of the group field.

Being an assistant is committing to show up in service and devotion for the whole.

Assisting is the next evolutionary phase of one’s learning, and one must have a developed the capacity and maturity to meet the needs of the group as well as their own.

There are three Assistant Levels, each with their own unique roles and responsibilities.

  1. Fielder (open to newer students that have taken at least two courses and demonstrate capacity and maturity)

  2. Hearth Tender (reserved for intermediate practitioner)

  3. Lead Assistant (reserved for advanced practitioner)

The exchange agreement varies depending on each level of assisting and each specific immersion. At the very minimum, we ask that students take the same class at least twice, before stepping into assistant.
