to wash; to cleanse
Online Course and Community Cohort of like-minded souls to gather and coaelesce around nervous system regulation. Receive practices and tools. Be held in a container of safety, trust and accountability.
Are you feeling stuck? Shut down? Overwhelmed? Numb?
Do you feel that everything is too much to process?
Do you feel that your sensitivity is a disability?
That it is too much for this world?
Welcome. You are not alone.
There is a gift that lays embedded within your sensitivity.
And all we need to do is reclaim it.
From our screens to our streets, there is so much over-stimulation.
What do we do when there is too much information, too much input in our lives?
We RYNS.
RYNS is a 6-month container where we learn holistic healing practices and skills all in order to reclaim our nervous systems. Our nervous systems get hijacked and we are left feeling like we have no choice or agency. We disassociate and disembody, out of a once intelligent pattern that now may be unhelpful.
The journey back home to the body can be a bumpy one. That is why we offer support for the brave.
rinse (v.)
c. 1300, rinsen, rincen, "subject to light washing; wash with water only" (originally in liturgy; from mid-13c. in surname Rinsfet), from Old French reincier (transitive) "to wash, cleanse" (12c., Modern French rincer), probably a dissimilation of recincier, from Latin *recentiare "to make fresh, to wash, cleanse with water," from Late Latin recentare "to make fresh," from Latin recens "new, fresh".
