Payment Options

Pay in Full (No Fees)

To avoid all processing fees, your remaining balance is due in full at the time of enrollment via Venmo or Zelle. This also locks in your total retreat rate. Early Bird payments must be completed no later than December 20, 2025.

Credit Card Payments (3% Fee)

If you choose to pay your tuition through the online credit-card portal, a 3% processing fee is added to each payment. To lock in the Early Bird rate, full payment must be completed by December 20, 2025.

Payment Plan with Autopay (5% Fee)

If you prefer a payment plan, you may enroll in our autopay tuition plan, which divides your remaining balance into three installments. A 5% administrative fee is added to the total tuition for payment plans. All installments must be completed by February 1, 2026.

Final Deadline

All remaining tuition balances, whether paid in full or through a payment plan, must be completed no later than February 1, 2026. To lock in the Early Bird rate, full payment must be completed by December 20, 2025.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If you cancel before January 5, 2026:

  • Tuition paid (minus the deposit) may be applied as a credit toward any future program within 12 months.

  • No refunds.

If you cancel on or after January 5, 2026:

  • No refunds or credits are available.

  • You may transfer your spot to another participant (if available and subject to staff approval).

  • If we have a waitlist, we will do our best to support the transfer process, although placement cannot be guaranteed.

If the retreat is canceled by the School:

  • All payments (including the deposit) will be refunded in full.

  • Travel expenses are not refundable; travel insurance is encouraged.
