Breath of Life Course
Tidal Body [Level Two]

Please join us in the heart of the mountains with loving community, in cultivation of deep practice and in reverence to the sacred healing waters.

This is a rare opportunity to be invited to a retreat center in the mountains, held within an a cultivated field of compassionate awareness.

On the land are magnificently hot and therapeutic mineral hot springs, next to a rushing river perfect for a cold plunge. Most of the accommodations are located in a longhouse, with views and doors opening up to the hot-springs just steps out front.

Participants are welcome to sit individually in the Meditation Temple for quiet, calm space and introspection. Other facilities include the Zendo (classroom space) for our practice sessions, the Dining Hall for all of our meals (cooked lovingly and organically by onsite staff), and beautiful gardens throughout.
