Hello community,

And hello 2023.

As this new Gregorian year begins, I would like to express my gratitude. I have learned so much in this first year of teaching and am deeply honored by the process.

The waters continue to call this work forward throughout the globe and I am incredibly excited to invite you to three very special upcoming gatherings in:

Santa Fe. Mexico. Greece.

All of these gathering spaces, synchronistically have incredibly beautiful round, hive-like structures in common.

Along with the dolphins and the whales, this year, I am listening to the messages of the honeybees —
Who inform us of our work and our true nature.
Who align us with the frequency of bridging the Heavens and the Earth.
Who bring us back into our midline.
Who welcome us Home.

Our Next Virtual Practice Gathering:

Thank you to those f you who have been showing up for this practice. It is deeply seen and felt.

Welcoming all to gather around our monthly virtual hearth-fire to practice and attune. This time we will open it up to the entire community, for those interested in joining.

We begin with a 30-40 minute lightly guided stillness sit for us to rest in ourselves and in the field. We will close with time for a few shares, questions, and reflections.
