While one session is better than none, it has been shown that nervous system repatterning happens best with consistency. Each session builds upon one other, often exponentially - especially when a deep comittment is made to one’s own healing.

With new clients it is preferred to schedule at least three sessions. Beyond the paradigm of “doctor fixes patient” we work together to listen and allow for the natural arc of an inherent healing process to unfold, guided by the innate intelligence of the client’s system.

The container of multiple sessions within a designated time period provides deeper and longer lasting results for the retraining and settling of the nervous system, encouraging and allowing for the natural unfolding, remembrance and re-emergence of embodied wholeness and health.

In order to reschedule a session, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, or the full fee of the session must be paid and not rescheduled.

If you become ill or have an emergency, please notify us by 9AM the day of your appointment, or the full fee of the session must be paid.

Sessions must be completed within three months of purchase, and are non-refundable.
